  1.  @zenvagabond  Then they should have stop trading instead of manipulating the buy side demand. In fact if they could not meet regulatory requirements why are they still open for business?

  2. Their explanation does not square up. If the issue was deposit Robinhood should have sold all the stock they have on margin to generate liquidity. They could even loan the needed deposit from a bank loan using on margin stock as collateral. The key is that selling on margin GME share would produce enough liquidity for the deposit but they hold a lot more stock than GME so there is no way they don't have liquidity for a deposit. Even if the clearinghouse prevented them from using GME shares to generate liquidity they can use other stocks to do it.
