@lastChang Open AI illegally use internet data to build their AI. They are just salty they got beaten.

@Simonpt2000 Open AI has stolen copyrighted data to build chatgpt. How do you think ChatGPT knows who Harry Potter is.
4
@Gman979 Sam Altman needed to pay for his supercar. It's not cheap.
3
@faizanghasura342 CUDA is dead end. AI development platforms are moving to hardware agnostic architectures. As AI improve you can use that AI to port CUDA libraries to open source libraries.

@AhmetTekin101 What terms of use CloseAi never publish their training data how could be there's a terms of use when their data was completely close and private.

@nycoolj3 The population of pro gamer could not keep intel alive. Apple is ditching Intel. Amazon is manufacturing their own processor. Google, Baidu and Microsoft is switching to AMD. This companies have money on the other hand gamers have no money.
1
@nycoolj3 Nope everyone prefer using ARM. Also gamers prefer consoles over PC. There are zero intel consoles in production.
1
REVMATCH yes ARM people are using their smartphones to post on tiktok, intagram and twitter that everybody. Also console gamers outnumber twitch streamers.

cliff359 You think China can force the US to pay their debt? The US will continue to print USD devaluing their debt. How else can the US pay their big infrastructure spending if they stop printing more money. Oh so I owe you several trillion dollars okay but a burger now cost 1 trillion dollar how about I pay you a couple of burgers and we are even.
1
cliff359 That does not solve the real estate oversupply. China would have to stop building new properties. That will leave a large amount of people out of work. People who have no work will stop spending to survive which means this problem will spread to other sector who have similar overleverage problem. So the question really is if a large company like Evergrande can collapse like this. How many other companies are likely to follow?
1
cliff359 The problem is that when the cards starts falling down it does not stop in China. Like the virus this financial disease will spread all over the world. The entire finance world is built on top of unstable overleverage position. We have seen this before this is the same script as the 2008 financial crises. Given that Archegos was able to scam several of the worlds largest bank. I don't thrust the banks to have learn their lesson of excercising fiduciary discipline.

@cliff359 Except the CCP is not stepping in. All indication is that they will let everything collapse before stepping in and picking up the pieces. There is a good reason why they are doing these a significant amount of Evergrande's debt is with foreign capital. If CCP wait's for Evergrande to belly up. They will be absolve of having to pay for the foreign debt. This means they only need to dole out money to their own people who got taken by Evergrande's schemes. This strategy is of course have a very high chance of running out of their control. But they think they can predict future market reaction and prevent a wider market collapse.

cliff359 I am not predicting anything. If CCP have intention of bailing out Evergrande they would have done it already before Evergrande started defaulting. Delaying the bail out only increases social unrest which is obviously not what the CCP wanted.

We know they have zero liquid asset given that they cannot pay their dues. Non liquid assets no one will touch it until the ashes have settled down. For the short term they have effectively zero asset. This may change in the future after the creditors pick pieces of what is left after the fire has burned down.

@jasonchang8601 OpenAi don't have original data they just downloaded the internet to fill their database. So now are they claiming they own the internet?
