  1. Coal is only 1/3 in US averaged electricity mix how can EV be coal powered when two thirds of electricity production is in fact not coal. I actually read the paper you mention and their grid mix is 44% coal which is wrong it is based on old projection. The paper actually project reduction of pollutants if you adjust it to the reality that US is only 1/3 coal.
