  1. Cross posting is not banned so you can link to divian art but you also need to post the content on twitter. Twitter don't want to be just a link site you need to also post content on Twitter.

  3. Yeah the rule is a mess. Clearly they want to ban something specific but the wording is all over the place. Elon probably fired all the PR guys and everyone left only speak in Java.
