  1. You seem like a nice guy but to talk about healthy eating you are much too American. Here in Italy many people are also much too fat and in Holland where I come from also. It's the choices you make what you eat. I never eat fast food, almost never eat meat, eat fresh vegetables every day and rarely drink alcohol and never soda. And multiple eggs every day, which you are so worried about at the moment because they are too expensive, is not healthy either. And you don't have to eat until you can't eat anymore. And if bread kills you go bake it yourself, right?
