  3. Remember when people talk about “border security” they’re talking about preventing people from crossing who mostly just want to do jobs that American citizens don’t. Calling it an “invasion” is a gross distortion of the reality, a lame attempt to conflate a military attack with people who just want to find a job. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that these are not the same thing or even close. Remember that the United States didn’t even have border restrictions of any kind for the first hundred years of its history.
