@eziokill9112 there’s nothing in the law that allows a former president to take government documents to his home. Go ahead and try to cite of law that says that: I dare you. Classification is about access only and classification is entirely up to the sitting president.

@taylorlibby7642 if they didn’t obstruct or refuse to return the documents. If they self-reported, then I would say it’s totally different and sounds more like a desperate attempt at false equivalency.

Why should it be the states problem if Trump suffers irreparable harm by paying the judgment that he’s required to pay because he committed a crime? If someone is sentenced to decades in prison for murder, the harm is certainly irreparable to them. They will never get those years of the only life they have back. But that is a reason not to sentence them for the murder that they committed?

Seriously, Joe Biden should have the Supreme Court Justice who issued this ruling arrested and charged with attempting to overthrow the government. It will be an official act by their own ruling. It might be the only way to fix this.
