  1. Why should it be the states problem if Trump suffers irreparable harm by paying the judgment that he’s required to pay because he committed a crime? If someone is sentenced to decades in prison for murder, the harm is certainly irreparable to them. They will never get those years of the only life they have back. But that is a reason not to sentence them for the murder that they committed?
