  2. +Jess Rushworth (JessieRushie) If you look back to Henri De Saint-Simon (1760-1825), the father of French Socialism and the one who pre-figured the EU in his essay The Reorganization of the European Community, he was pretty ethinically and racially biased and was for small gov't, despite his support for trade unions. After all, he claimed "Europeans have the right to colonize the world", which is no surprise that this would follow through with having a racial bias.
