Imight be speaking in a different context here, but here it goes. So, does this entail that the collective copyright of a song, poem, article of clothing, decor, invention, transportation, or artwork by an indigenous culture does not apply? Especially in the case of cultural appropriation? I.e. a white person wearing a First Nation's headress or Darth Vader's costume is stolen from samurai armor insofar as the dominant culture takes from a marginalized one? Also, your history appears to be focused on European history, don't you think that's a little narrow?
