  1. I know what you mean it's expensive to live in Manhattan I used to live a block away from Central Park on West 86th for a few years. Luckily I had a rent controlled apartment through a friend. I was living alone and only paying $1,200 for a 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Which was really good.
