As an Irish Pagan myself we call it Geimhreadh. I hope you, your family & friends are well also. Thank you for another year of great year of educational videos ๐ฅ Slรกinte

A really good video I hope a lot of people really appreciate this. Most history channels just passed by this time or just pick certain subjects to review. Keep up the great work โ๏ธ๐๐ป

I really do think there were some women warriors but not to the extent that people made them out to be. For instance a woman going to battle if she was a widow with no children or they are grown. Maybe looking for little adventure or if she didn't want to stay behind at the village. I can see that being possible โ๏ธ

I want to thank all 3 of you for the video โ๏ธ

I was calmly talkin to the person who you're referring to but when I look back on the previous video my comments are gone. As mainly an Irish Pagan myself I also cannot deny my Germanic & Cherokee heritage as well as Christianity so I except all. Be open-minded everyone shouldn't limit theirselves to one thing because you'll turn out to be a better person if you understand other countries and cultures ๐ฅ Slรกinte or โ๏ธ Bรกs ๐ฎ๐ช

Thank you for an in-depth video โ๏ธ

Thanks for another good video

You should only reveal your spirit animal to someone you absolutely trust if not keep it to yourself at least that's the way I was taught.

Personally I think the same they should have made one final season to complete the series. As a whole series it was good. However what was up with Uhtred as a character because he kept on helping & saving the kingdoms & they kept betraying him. After the 1st season he should have said to King Alfred I want Bamberg not that one place Cookhan or the other place in the Mercia

Thanks for sharing this with us it was a good video โ๏ธ

Germanic & Norse are incredibly similar it's all about the migration pattern that's how we get so many different cultures that are close โ๏ธ

You know 8 months ago we were having a discussion about this at the office because a colleague just got into Norse religion. I was telling him you have to take the information seriously because it's different from one source or book to the next. I told him about your Channel also 2 others & he still didn't subscribe or even watched. I will remind him Monday about this video.

Good topic. You know somebody told me that when I was a kid then a couple people told me that as an adult so maybe it is true about birthmarks and scars in previous lives very interesting to think about.

Personally I don't like how so many people take what they want from each cultures then recreate it in their own version and then demean everybody that don't believe in what they created. Or how people that just joined a certain group now they're experts and give others misinformation.

Thank you for explaining the correct way & use of runes hopefully people will see this video & appreciate it ๐๐ป

Thank you for the video and I hope you all, your families and friends have a good holiday in whatever you celebrate ๐ฅ Slรกinte

There are a lot of similarities between Germanic traditions in Yule and the Irish one of Geimhreadh

Thanks for sharing this with us. I consider myself mainly an Irish Pagan so I celebrate Samhain ๐ฅ Slรกinte ๐ฎ๐ช However I do also study - connect with my Germanic & Cherokee cultures as well.

Thank you for the video

Keep up the good work ๐๐ปYou know it's funny to me how some people comment on things without knowing the history of the topic in the videos especially people just getting into the religion or mixing between different cultures. There is such a wide variety of information out there & all they have to do is research.

This is a really good video to help people in their travels to experience true Viking culture. I only saw a couple of these when I visited if I knew more I would have done the whole day tour in this video. If I go back I will revisit this reference. โ๏ธ

ย @lilykatmoon4508ย I know right. I could really see it going that way for women back then especially in certain cultures
2
ย @fyrdman2185ย There are some woman that fight he even said it in the video. Don't give me wrong there's not a lot but there is still some evidence. I mean think about it even back then - maybe some women didn't want to get married or have or couldn't have children maybe they wanted some adventure. Look at other cultures of the same time period plenty of women fought. You really can't close the book on it because it could maybe be possible.
