  2. The fact that all of these had to be sold well below the “market value” is probably a good indication that the property taxes were too high.

  3. I don’t think that they paid off any of their existing mortgages, so they would still be responsible for paying that as well as all of the new expenses.

  6.  @Laneous14  Then go find a deserted island to live on. As long as you live in a society, you will need to CONTRIBUTE!!! You might be able to find some property in rural WV that has very low property taxes.
