  10. Most cards also provide rewards including at least 1% cash back and up to 5% on certain items. It’s literally throwing money away by not using a credit card.

  11. @ As do the merchants and customers. That’s why it exists. If it didn’t benefit any of those 3 groups, then it is worthless. The bank provides BENEFITS to both the customers and the merchants.
