  5. Most people don’t seem to know which is which, so they don’t know if they want to get rid of DST or keep it year round. Here’s a hint: if you want the sun to rise at 4 am in the summer, then get rid of DST. If you want the sun to rise at 9:30 am in the winter, then keep DST year round.
