  2. A bunch of moronic commentators here. It’s very simple: does parking a police car in the driveway violate any HOA rules, if so, are the rules LEGAL. PERIOD! As far as living in an HOA there are basically two reasons to do so: the homeowner WANTS to live in a neighborhood that is regulated so that they don’t have trashy neighbors, OR there are no other reasonable properties to buy that are NOT in an HOA!
