  4. The CONNIVENCE works for BOTH PARTIES! The receiving party literally does NOTHING, therefore they don’t have to pay anyone to process the checks or physically collect money! Those people, even if payed as little as $20 an hour, also get benefits and work in places with overhead costs. Bottom line is that the labor costs to collect money are probably on the order of a dollar a minute, or probably $3 per transaction.
