So how do warranties work when the store is acquired by another company? I’m not saying that happened in this case, but my brother bought windows with a lifetime warranty, and when he went back to the company to make a claim, they said that another company acquired the company or maybe that they just bought the company name due to it’s previous reputation with respect to quality.
