  1.  @robertbennett848 Irrelevant. Most laws say that you need to stop when the sign is out and the lights are flashing. The kids aren’t actively getting on and off of the bus 7 seconds before it stops, and the car drivers have no idea when the first kid is going to step off of the bus. If you want to show otherwise, then submit your dashcam video as evidence.

  9. In Ohio, if there are more than 3 lanes or a divided highway, then only traffic on the side of the street that the bus is on have to stop.
