  1. How about instead of excluding EVIDENCE of a CRIME ACTUALLY OCCURRING, they prosecute the person/people who committed the civil infraction?!? THAT will have a MUCH GREATER impact in ANYONE, including police, in discouraging ANYONE from misconduct!!!
