They had hoped to be able to sell this updated aircraft (767-2C) as a cargo aircraft, but that never really got off the ground, probably due to using old engines.

@thrillamoe50 What? Do you mean “lost”? They are CONTRACTS, so it would be expensive for the government to cancel them. Also, Boeing did not bid on the E-4 recapitalization program, probably because they have lost billions on other FFP contracts.
