  27.  @its-all-good  How much was the house cost in 1970’s? My brother brought a house in Oakland for $40,000 in the 80’s and sold it for $450,000 in 2022. He used the Money to down payment a house for $1,000,000 in Hayward. He is getting less crime and better value in Hayward than Oakland. People are paying $1 million home in Oakland, and the people don’t have the conscious to know it is over valued in Oakland.

The statistics says more people in Oakland believe it is a ghetto than more people believe Oakland is a paradise.

I just know pay a lot of money for a ghetto town is not as smart as paying for a non-ghetto town. Plus you have a right to your views and I have my views on Oakland. If it is my choice, I know how to spend my money wisely. I am getting out of the ghetto town for good. And I am not going to give you competition from any opportunities. 👍😉
