@Nesher92 Embassy area are strictly for diplomatic relations. Under 1961 Vienna Convention on diplomatic relation, the police are not permitted to enter unless with an invitation from the consulate. So, the police cannot enter the embassy to save that person without the permission of the consulate. This becomes international diplomatic relations matter.
