The report didn’t say anything on Italy. So I can’t comment about Italian laws to be fair. But, I know American laws doesn’t not make anyone guilty for hiding. All we know was documents taken and no arrest has been made. Above all, why did Americans allow them to enter if they are foreign police?

There no laws against not having a business sign as long as the business is licensed. They could advertise the assistant service through Chinese media in the US. If is were not a license business, then charge them for breaking the law. There were no reports about lying from the FBI. Where did you get all these baseless assumptions?

It is fine with me if they get caught. But, the U.S. protects the innocent. If arrest were made at this NY station by FBI, it will be reported. The FBI are investigating it, you should not made pre-judgment before full investigation is out. You know the American Judicial System better than that. The U.S. is dealing with “CCP mafia” in your representation. If you are not happy with China as a mafia, write a letter to your congressman. Your congressman will take good care of it for you inside the US.

I only said establishing a private security is legal in the U.S. These established companies are allowed to hire special skill labor from another country such as retired Chinese police as worker immigrants. However, there are a lot of American companies that have private security guards set up in factories inside China. Yes, if you invest in a factory in China, you are allowed to gave your own armed security guards.

Philippines are welcome to hire security guard on private facilities in China. But private security guards can’t enforce laws in public places. Before FBI provides evidence of China Police Stations in U.S., China is innocent until proven guilty.
