  2. Duterte was not kidnapped. Duterte was hand over to ICC by some confused Philippines police. Now, he is facing some ridiculous prosecutions. It will not be easy to explain his actions during presidency. Don’t know why Philippines ex-President has to explain his actions to other peoples not to have any relations to the case. Other countries’ Presidents don’t have to this kind of ridiculous polices to turn their ex-President to ICC. Too late to cry now.
