  2. @betty dunne It will not be easy for a buyer under any circumstances. The buyer will have to pay more during interest hikes. Or The buyer will have to buy at higher price under inflation. When the house market crashes, the buyer will not be able to get a loan due to unemployment rate and financial companies tightening. The buyer is always the underdog at this game. Period.
