China is still active in building a new cannel in Central America. China may close some loans because less participations and inflations. China still very active and dominant in Southeastern Asian. Using $189 billion for 150 nations to signified a failure is simply a propaganda to stop China’s success. A lot of nations wants China to fail. But, the number doesn’t support their statements. So, with those information, it is up to you to deduct your own conclusions.
