Any weapons can be smuggled across borders and is not a support from Chinese government. The prove of support come from a country announcement of sale of weapons, like west sending weapons to Ukraine and sale of weapons to Taiwan. Anything not announced by Chinese Government may just be smuggling and is not prove or evidence for support. Karma has been grace China in a positive way. Karma has granted China tremendous wealth enough for 2-3 generations. China is on the right direction proven by return of Good Karma.
