  1. Change the rule to Make it majority vote counts, 3/5 vote will pass 60% of the UNSC. All India really needed is 3/5 vote to be UNSC. But, the most difficult part is for India to enforce world security after becoming a UNSC member.

  2.  @ravenking2458  Voting is base on majority, so if veto are less that 60% it doesn’t get counted. Every country’s vote are the same way for parliament and prime minister or president.
