  5. Irresponsible Restaurant Owners: Tips are good, but tipping is not a wage. Tips should be voluntary instead of mandatory. If you are wealthier and life is easy, then tip more voluntarily. If you’re struggling but wants to enjoy a good meal also, tip according to your abilities. Voluntary tipping helps balance the flow of personal budget. Don’t mandate tipping, wages is the sole responsibility of restaurant owners. Restaurant owners is being irresponsible by putting waiters/waitresses tipping as part of salary income. Irresponsible restaurants owner are to be blame for Tips subsidizing wages. Greedy irresponsible restaurant owners.

  7. The only problem are people can’t distinguish differences salary wages from gratitude tips. Salary wage is a fixed income. Gratitude tips is not. Sometimes you get a Thank you. Most Other times you don’t get a thank you from anyone.

  8. Greedy Insurance Company. Insurance should be a money pool with investment above cost of living. Insurance is money collect from the mass homeowners for numbers of years. For this example: $1,200/year x 18 years = $21,000 collected for 1 home owners; if we have 1000 home owners in California the total money pool is $21,000,000 without counting investment gains and interest earned for 18 years. If one or two houses went on fire, there are $21 million money pool to cover for this one house. Greedy Insurance agent are living with costly tie and suit while home owners are living in rags. Greed is hurting and bankrupting ordinary Americans into homelessness. Greed hurts. Greedy.
