For this example: $1,200/year x 18 years = $21,000 collected for 1 home owners; if we have 1000 home owners in California the total money pool is $21,000,000 without counting investment gains and interest earned for 18 years. If one or two houses went on fire, there are $21 million money pool to cover for this one house. Greedy Insurance agent are living with costly tie and suit while home owners are living in rags.
