@godbyone I remember a commercial a few years ago of an immigrant from an African nation raving about getting a job as a driver for Amazon. In the meantime my nephew, a native citizen, just lost his job at Fed Ex and he’s having trouble getting work as a driver for any other company!

Think about this. The founding fathers were extremely adamant that no one born in the D.C. could ever be born the level of citizenship eligible to those offices and our laws were developed so that children born in the D.C. could be no more than a native born Citizen, even if born of two U.S. citizens. So who was born in the D.C.? This would be AG, and here’s a very solid indication these Democrats don’t give a crap what our true laws are and have committed one of the most serious crimes that can be committed in the Constitutional Republic numerous times!

Fun Fact: Immigration has been prohibited by the U.S. Constitution since the convention in 1787. No amendment has ever altered the Constitution to give inclusion of it into the confines of the Constitution, no immigration law are a constitutional amendment. Only naturalization is constitutional.

You need to study the full and complete history of the 14th Amendment and the historical Supreme Court decision in 1898 San Francisco that all evolves from, through the actual physical historical records. 2. I think you also need to learn that we have 3 different levels of citizenship since naturalization laws began in 1790, and 2 of them are different levels of native citizenship. 3. The freed the 14th was for and the individual in 1898 were ONLY granted native born Citizen level status. They never could have been POTUS and VP!

A native born Citizen is NOT the same as a natural-born Citizen and never has been! They are the two earliest levels of U.S. citizenship. Predating the naturalized Citizen which began when naturalization laws began in 1790. Most of the founding fathers were granted native born Citizen level citizenship, and then later the freed granted citizenship by the 14th Amendment.

The freed slaves the 14th Amendment was intended for were granted native born Citizen status. This level of citizenship is not eligible for those offices by Constitutional law.

@michaelallen1154 Children born in the Panama CZ of at least one citizen, were granted native born Citizen level citizenship. Have you ever even read Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the original U.S. Constitution? Is that the level of citizenship given? You should check this!

I’m not right-wing and voted for Trump. I’m a middle man and went with who far, far more so honors and upholds our true laws and the founding fundamental principles of the U.S.A..
