The 14th Amendment is only capable of granting one native born Citizen level citizenship, which is all the freed slaves it was intended for, and later one individual in 1898, were granted. None of them ever could have been VP or POTUS. Meaning it is absolutely impossible she was granted any more than native born Citizen level citizenship in 1964!

This hasn’t been the same level of citizenship as a natural born Citizen since the founding of the nation. But those like Martin Van Buren, Richard Mentor Johnson and William Henry Harrison were born natural born Citizens in the country, of parents who were citizens. Now what is the origin of the natural born Citizen and what is its definition? The “natural-born, or native citizen, are the child born in the country, of parents who are citizens.” - The Law of Nations (Vattel, 1758)

@ I do of course have a copy of the U.S. v. Benny WKA in 1898, and Benny was granted native born Citizen level citizenship with Limited Birthright of “right of the soil” (Jus Soli) only. He was granted the same as the freed slaves the 14th Amendment historically was intended for and no more. This is all in the actual historical record!

@ Chief, the actual historical record of the U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark clearly shows he was only granted native born Citizen level citizenship. Meaning it IS still law that the natural born Citizens are born in the country of parents who are citizens, and nothing valid and legal ever changed this!

@ The fact is Benny WKA in 1898 couldn’t have been granted any more than the freed originally were by the 14th. The native born level of citizenship. They were natives of the soil, but they weren’t born of citizens. Meaning it is impossible that KDH could have been granted any more than that in 1964.

Lawlessness? Let me inform you as to something! Whatever you think the requirements are to be born the level of citizenship eligible to those offices, you’re believing lies made up since 2008 and she definitely wasn’t born the level of citizenship eligible to those offices! Neither was that guy in office from 2009 through 2016! Why? Because every damn thing in the 1800s reaffirmed that the natural born Citizen CAN NOT be born of foreigners at all, and nothing valid and legal has ever changed this!

Because she sure as hell wasn’t born the level of citizenship eligible to those offices, even if she was born in CA, and you’re all believing BS made up since mostly 2008. A native born Citizen and a natural born Citizen are two separate levels of citizenship! Also. Children born in the D.C. can only be native born Citizens, even if born of two citizens. The founding fathers were very adamant that no one born in the D.C. would ever occupy those offices! AG, BO and KH!!!

Food for thought! How could KDH have been born the level of citizenship eligible under Constitutional law, when the freed granted citizenship by the 14th in 1868 and another individual in 1898 weren’t, because they were only born our soil, but not of citizens!

She wasn’t and you know now. A lot of lies and severe corruption began in 2008, but it’s still technically law that the natural born Citizen are born of 2 citizens and in a state specifically. Whereas a native born Citizen because of what happened in 1898, can be a child born in the country, or of at least one citizen abroad.
