VR’s account on NBC in 2023 about the requirements to be a “natural born” birthright citizen is that the child must be born in the county of two legal permanent residents, whether citizens or in the country with green cards. Do any of you know about this and have you really thought it through if so? “Barack’s” father was not a U.S. citizen, or a legal permanent resident in the country with a green card. “Kamala’s” claimed parents were both in the country on temporary student visas. These are not citizens or legal permanent residents!

I guarantee if there was a survey doe of one million native citizens born in the country up until the late 2000s, it would be only those who were born in the county of two citizens who have a birth certificate and a legitimate one too!

His father was a British citizen and his mother was a British subject when he was born. I’m sure you can figure out who the other 2 are, and she also wasn’t born of a citizen at all.

  35. @ 1. Who who was really born a William C.A.A., was born of a British citizen father and British subject mother in Dunham, Quebec. At a time when children were born entirely the nationality of their father, regardless of where they were born. Meaning all Arthur children, regardless of whether they were born in the U.S.A. or Canada, were born British subjects and with their butts 100% owned by the Crown. Something many overlook is that his father was a British citizen and what each country’s citizenship laws were at the time! 2. We also had no such law at the time that any child born of two non-citizens could be a citizen at birth at all, and they only could have been naturalized as “naturalized” Citizen IF the father had been beforehand! One had to be born of at least a citizen father to be a “native born” Citizen, or a citizen father married to the mother and making them bot citizens by attachment, to be a “natural born Citizen”. 3. His younger brother Chester Abel Arthur (Chester A.) was born in Vermont, he passed away when he was a child.

  40. @ Look up Elk v. Wilkins (1884). This occurred while he was in office in 1884. Like with decisions that came before and after it, once again within this case it was reaffirmed that the natural born Citizen can not be born of foreigners. Although the case more so had to do with whether the individual was a “native born” Citizen or not. That’s two of our three levels of citizenship, including naturalized. And one thing that can’t be hidden about him, is that his father was a British citizen, and his mother was a British subject. Also for a little more real history, Arthur was taken out himself in 1886. The truth about this has also been hidden!

  44. The actual historical records of the 14th Amendment (1868) and the decision of the U.S. v WKA (1898) haven’t been altered. You all could learn what the actual truth is, but are too uncaring and/or too lazy to take the time to, or are just too busy and don’t have the proper guidance to learn it all. I suggest you read the Declaration and you might see what I mean by his following King George the III’s list.
