@ The first-generation can be the 1st generation born in the country, or the first foreign born member of a family to become a U.S. citizen. His father never became a U.S. citizen, his mother was not a citizen when he was born, so he would be the first-generation if he had been born an American at all. But he wasn’t. He was 100% born Indian, no matter where he was born!!!

The native born Citizen, and the natural born Citizen. These both predate the 3rd level of U.S. citizenship, the naturalized Citizen, which wasn’t a thing until naturalization laws began in 1790. Most of the founding fathers and the freed slaves granted citizenship by the 14th Amendment were granted native born Citizen level citizenship retroactively, because they were born on the soil, but were not born of citizens. Although unlike most of the founding fathers, none of the freed slaves ever could have been VP and POTUS, because they were not citizens at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, nor were they born natural born Citizens!

@ Also meanings change over time. The founding fathers didn’t consider themselves to be first-generation. They only considered the native born Citizens born of at least a citizen father, and the natural born Citizens born of 2 citizens, to be first-generation Americans.

If there’s one thing in common I’ve noticed with every administration since Obama, is they’ve all helped India to help themselves to our country. Even with Trump, his “I love India!” BS is why I wouldn’t vote for him in 2016 and 2020. And the only reason I voted for him last year is I saw it as a damned if you do, damned if you don’t, but less damned with him, than her.

Because the freed slaves granted citizenship by the 14th Amendment and a certain individual in 1898, were only granted native born Citizen level citizenship. This has not been the same level of citizenship as a natural-born since the founding of the nation in 1776, and both of these predate the naturalized Citizen, which wasn’t even a thing until naturalization laws began in 1790.

@Pancajayna I’m 9th generation and know far more than you! I was also 10 years old and in grade school in Ohio when VR claims to have been born a natural born in 1985 Ohio. When our true laws were being acknowledged and upheld and Ohio refused to accept the particular 1898 decision. Only those born in the state of two citizens were being treated as natural born, and only those born of at least one citizen were being treated as native born. The anchor and birther controversy that extended from the fraudulent decision in 1898 was also a popular subject at the time, none of the lies and corruption of our citizenship laws that began in 1992 had begun yet, and the additional lies and corruption of our citizenship laws that began in 2008 was also far off.

@ VR was on NBC in 2023 lying that the natural born must only be born of legal permanent residents, including those in the country with green cards. For starters this is a lie and it has always been both parents must be citizens, since July 4, 1776. I would know, because some of my ancestors were amongst the earliest natural born in the U.S.A.. Secondly this does completely invalidate BO and KH, as his father was not a citizen or a legal permanent resident at all, and neither of her claimed parents were legal permanent residents, but in the country on temporary student visas, which under those circumstances would have left her only eligible to be naturalized as naturalized Citizen if one parent was beforehand.

@ Going all the way back to your original reply, unless VR was naturalized as a naturalized Citizen at some point, he’s not a legal U.S. citizen of any level. Ohio would not have allowed a child born of two non-citizens to be treated as a native born or natural born American Citizen in 1985. Ohio in 1985 were hardcore about upholding the true laws, and not acknowledging the fraudulent decision made in 1898. Back then it was referred to as the “controversy of illegal” anchor and birther babies! Not a “conspiracy theory”, that is a 100% true conspiracy!!!

Do you know that India’s middle and upper class alone are the size of our whole population? So what happens when they want to get out of their severely overpopulated and polluted hole? @ There’s technically no such thing as legal immigration in the U.S.A.. The act of immigration has been prohibited by the Constitution since the Constitutional Convention in 1787. Only naturalization is backed by the Constitution.

Benny WK Ark (1898) was not being accepted to grant any children born of non-citizens native born Citizen level citizenship, which is all Ark was granted in 1898. Ohio didn’t play along with the anchor and birther BS in 1985, and this was long before the lies that began in 2008 that you believe! In 1985 Ohio it was still required at least one parent was a citizen for the child to be born a native born Citizen, and that the child is born in the country of parents who are citizens to be born a natural born Citizen. What this means is VR only possibly could have been naturalized as a naturalized Citizen, but this would have required at least one parent being naturalized beforehand. His mother wasn’t at the time, his father never was! So what does this mean? It means he sure as hell wasn’t born a native citizen of either level, and may not even be a naturalized Citizen at all, but entirely Indian.

@ We have 3 levels of U.S. citizenship, in case you don’t know this. The native born, the natural born, and the naturalized. The native born and the natural born are the 2 earliest levels of citizenship of the nation since 1776. Then when naturalization laws began in 1790, came the 3rd level, the naturalized Citizen. Most of the founding fathers were native born Citizens. This is because they were native born residents of the soil and not immigrants, of what by then was the dissolved British colonies, but they weren’t born of parents who were citizens, obviously. Now fast forward to 1868 and the Constitutional 14th Amendment. The freed slaves were granted native born Citizen level citizenship. Why? Because they were native born residents of the soil previously held in captivity and denied being citizens, not immigrants, but they weren’t born of citizens. Before the corruption that occurred at the hands of the Supreme Court of California in 1898, these were the only two instances of people born of non-citizens being retroactively granted native born Citizen level citizenship. Other than them, all others had to at least be born of a citizen father to be born a native born Citizen. This is still not the same level of citizenship as a natural born, which by our true laws that nothing valid and legal ever altered, must be born in the country, of parents who are citizens! I also know for a fact that the state of Ohio were NOT accepting the corrupt and fraudulent decision of 1898 in 1985, when VR lies to have been born a natural born in Ohio! When VR claims to have been born a natural-born birthright citizen in 1985 Ohio, all of us kids were being taught that only those born in specifically a state of two U.S. citizens are natural-born birthright citizens. @ Fun Fact: Whenever you see “Citizen” or “Citizens” in our historical records and documents, capitalized, this is the level of “native born” Citizen. Such as the earliest Citizens of the nation and the freed slaves were granted retroactively years after their births. If no “natural born” is attached, then it’s not a natural born. If no “naturalized” is attached, then it’s not a naturalized Citizen. Simply “Citizen” or “Citizens” are a “native born” Citizen. Now of course the native born and naturalized are not eligible to be VP and POTUS by the original Conservative and 12th Amendment! Only natural born are!

The Constitution and 12th Amendment require one being a “natural born Citizen” to be eligible to those offices. Ignoring all the lies created since 2008, the requirements, the law to be born a natural born, are the child is born in the country, of parents who are citizens. Nothing valid and legal and has altered these requirements since the Naturalization Act of 1795.

Do you know that India’s middle and upper class alone are the size of our whole population? So what happens when they want to get out of their severely overpopulated and polluted hole? Do you know that the Indian ethnic community are the second largest foreign born population on the states next to natives of Mexico? How about that they’ve been in the top three for legal and illegal immigration since 2009? Or that children born of Indian citizens in 1985, were born citizens of India no matter where they were born?
