  13. She wasn’t born of 2 citizens. She would not have been treated as a “natural born Citizen” and would not have been issued a birth certificate in 1964. In addition to this, as the claimed parents were in the county on temporary student visas, she would not have even of been eligible to be a “native born Citizen”. The only way she could have become a citizen is if she had been naturalized as a “naturalized Citizen”, but that would have required at least one parent being naturalized beforehand.
