@peterolbrisch8970 Yes it does. It actually means a whole lot! We have 3 levels of U.S. citizenship since naturalization laws began in 1790 and if accepting a corrupt decision made in 1898. The naturalized, native born, and natural-born. The freed the 14th was intended for were granted “native born” Citizen level citizenship with Limited Birthright of “right of the soil” (Jus Sanguinis in Latin). The individual involved in a historical decision in 1898 was treated this same way! This is not a natural-born Citizen and they never could have been President and Vice President! Because we must be born in the country of parents who are citizens and nothing valid and legal ever altered this, and stop continuing on the lies that began in 2008! Absolutely nothing in our history ever validly and legally altered those requirements. Not since the Naturalizations Act of 1795 superseded the NA of 1790 and it became law that we are born in the country ever since. It actually means a whole lot of things

@ A 100% fraudulent con-job decision in 2009 created a big lie about a specific historical ruling in 1898. The lie that you believe! The actual historical records of the 1898 decision do not back up the lie created in 2009. Neither do the records of the 14th. It is still law that us N-B C’s are born in the country of parents who are citizens. Plural! Nothing valid and legal has charged this! Hence those two people having issues with their FAKE BC’s!

@peterolbrisch8970 EVERYTHING in the 1800s, including the 14th, reaffirmed that my level of citizenship, can not be born of foreigners at all. Even the father of the 14th, John Bingham, is on record as making this very clear!

@ The lies you are spreading are lies that began in 2008, and more lies have been created since. The true requirements are one is born in the country (a state) of two citizens. But some want people to believe anyone born on our soil are, while other liars like V want people to believe anyone born in the country of legal permanent residents here with green cards. Also you ignorant fool, by V’s lying account and as K’s parents were in the country on temporary student visas and weren’t legal permanent residents, she wouldn’t have been treated as one of my level of citizenship in 1964.
