@ This was addressed with the circumstances surrounding someone’s birth in the ‘60s, in 2020. The Supreme Court have never made an official decision on the particular circumstances.

@JohnHallett5846isaPrick Who and what is given inclusion in the Constitution? The “Citizen”, the “natural born Citizen”, and the act of naturalization backing the later “naturalized Citizen”. Only the “Citizen” and “natural born Citizen” have birthright, different levels. Then of course anyone operating against the native citizens and and our nation itself, who are not a native citizen themself, can have their citizenship revoked and be sent packing.
