Reality! He was born a British subject and was never American at all. Check the facts. Children were born the nationality of their father at the time. Children born of British citizen and subject fathers in the U.S.A. and Canada in the early 1800s, were born British subjects and within sole allegiance owed to the Crown. His mother was also a British subject, although this is irrelevant as only the father mattered at the time. And there was no law in the U.S.A. at the time where a child born of two foreigners could be a native American citizen of either of the two levels at birth. This was long bonfire the corruption of the Constitution and historical intent of the 14th Amendment that occurred in 1898. He only could have been naturalized as a naturalized Citizen, and only if one parent had been beforehand, at the time.

Children born of British citizen fathers in the U.S. and Canada in the 1800s, were born entirely British subjects and within sole allegiance owed to Great Britain. The U.S.A. had no jurisdiction, Great Britain had all the jurisdiction, and no such law existed in the U.S.A. of which a child born of non-citizens were eligible for citizenship at all by birth on our soil. But YT will allow this lying quacks video because they’re part of The Problem!

You should mention that his eligibility came under fire in 1880 because he was born a British subject of a British citizen father. I’m pretty sure this had something to do with Garfield having a lead round put in him!

William Chester Alan Arthur was born a British subject in Canada. Chester Abel Arthur was born a British subject in VT U.S.A.. None of the Arthur children were born American. Children were born the nationality of their father at the time and Great Britain had compete jurisdiction over children of British citizen and subject fathers, regardless of where they were born. The dude behind this channel is most likely a lying commie and/or globalist plant.

His birth name was William Chester Alan Arthur. He was born a British subject, regardless of whether in the U.S.A. or Canada. He was born in Canada. And where do so many of you get the idea that a child born of two Brits would have been born American at all at the time in 1829, or 1830, or whatever year he was really born in? The 14th Amendment didn’t even occur until 1868 and has never meant anyone born here can be a natural born, and the corruption of it that occurred in 1898 and is why so many of you believe made up BS about it today, was more decades after the 14th Amendment. This was U.S. law in the early 1800s! 👉 A native born Citizen (aka Citizen) had to be born of at least a citizen father. While a natural born had to be born of parents who are citizens, and at the time wives and mothers were joint citizens through marriage to the husband and father.

@imadawg2833 His father was a British citizen when he was born, his mother was a British subject. Children were born entirely the nationality of their father at the time. Great Britain had complete jurisdiction over children born of their citizens and subjects at the time, regardless of where they were born. Children born of British citizen and subject fathers abroad, were born British subjects. Also in early 1800s America, children born of non-citizens weren’t eligible for automatic U.S. citizenship at all at birth. They were only eligible for naturalization and only if one parents was naturalized beforehand. The laws surrounding our two levels of native citizenship, required at least the father being a citizen for the child to be born a native born Citizen (aka Citizen), or both parents being citizens for the child to be born a natural born Citizen. I was taught all of this in elementary school in the 1980s!

You’ve been conditioned to pay him no mind, because the truth about him exposes a whole lot of lies and corruption since the late 2000s. FYI. Great Britain had complete jurisdiction over children born of British citizen and subject fathers at the time, no matter where they were born. His mother was also a British subject, but this is ultimately irrelevant as one the nationality of the father mattered at the time. In 1829, or 1830, or whatever year he was really born in!

Food for thought! 1. His parents were Brits 2. Children were born entirely the nationality of their father at the time he was born 3. Only 3 people in both of those offices since 1837 weren’t born of 2 U.S. citizens and he was the first, and Jackson in 1837 was intended to be the last of the native born Citizens (aka Citizens) to occupy those offices, ushering in the age of the natural born Citizen with Van Buren and Johnson 4. The other 2 are within this past 16 years!!! Now use your brain and figure it all out!!!

Arthur, Obama and Harris. The only 3 since 1837 who were not born of 2 U.S. citizens. Arthur and Harris the only 2 not born of a U.S. citizen at all. And both of Arthur’s parents were Brits. One a citizen, the other a subject.

FYI, get educated and stop spreading disinformation! He was born of a British citizen father and a British subject mother. In the early 1800s children born of British citizen and subject fathers in itself, WERE born entirely subject to the jurisdiction of Great Britain and within sole allegiance owed to the Crown, no matter where they were born. Meaning he WAS born entirely a British subject and not American at all, regardless of whether he was born in Canada, or the U.S.A.. Children WERE born the nationality of their father at the time! He was also born long before the 14th Amendment that its intent was only for the freed at the time, and the later corruption of the Constitution through its 14th Amendment that occurred even later, in 1898.

He was born a William Chester Alan Arthur and was born a British subject of a British citizen father and British subject mother in Dunham, Quebec, Canada. His younger brother Chester Abel Arthur was born in VT, he passed in early adolescence. Also all Arthur children were born British subjects regardless of where they were born, as the father was a British citizen.

The lies about Arthur are funny. Anyone who believes a dude born of two Brits in the early 1800s was born American, are about as dumb as they come.
