I also remember him saying “All Americans must make sacrifices for the greater good, …” and something about “have skin in the game” when he took office in 2009. Also a lot of people don’t remember this, or don’t know this to begin with. The digital only short-form certificate he was supplied with in Oct 2008, was determined to be insufficient proof of anything! This is what lead to demand for the long-form he was supplied with in 2011!!!

There was no country to move from and they were born on soil that became the U.S.A.. The 14th Amendment “Citizens” also weren’t immigrants. They were native born residents of the soil previously held in captivity and denied rights and being citizens.

Him, BO and KH, are the only 3 in those offices since 1837, that weren’t born of parents who were American citizens!!! Making the Dunham connection even more peculiar!

U.S. law in the early was children were born the nationality of their father, even if born on our soil. British law in the early 1800s was children born of Brits were born entirely subject to the jurisdiction of Great Britain. If born abroad, they were born British subjects and within some allegiance owed to the Crown. Now this does make it impossible he was born American, even if he had been born in VT U.S.A.. But he wasn’t and he wasn’t Chester, he was born a William Chester Alan Arthur in what is now Dunham, Quebec. His younger brother who passed away young, Chester Abel A., was born in VT. BUT! AGAIN! At the time children born in the states were born the nationality of their father!!! Making Chester Abel also born a British subject!!!
