  1. What if you're a nice guy not assertive and she gives you what you want then she decide to play the 'assaulted' claim? So my point is she can play the 'assaulted' claim whether you were assertive or a nice guy, the court won't believe you in either way.

  3.  @janmajer4662  Not me, this happens to a lot of people it's becoming normalized in Western society because of the laws of consent that have a loophole in them that women exploit. A woman can just black eye herself and make a false accusation then you're in very serious trouble
