I can tell you that many ethnic minorities are still loyal to their original countries and tribes even few generations born in UK, so you should never put a migrant of different race in important political position, it is not racism but national security. If you still believe in bible, the old testament instructed the Jewish people didn't put a migrants in the important political position（ Deuteronomy 17：15 ）

All the British in UK accept such Hong Kong born and raised white British as thier own people, no one see them as migrants
