  1. Wrong. Those countries are doing better because everyone is getting vaccinated because it's the right thing to do to wipe out the pandemic. The vaccines themselves are just about as effective (some are less effective) than the mRNA vaccines in the west.

  2. It has EVERYTHING to do with infrastructure. But I agree it's not bipartisan. It's Democrats gutting their own bill on the lies that Republicans might possible vote yes. Which they won't. So then it will start all over again.
