Comments by "" (@AdamBladeTaylor) on "GM CEO Flails In Response To CNN Question Over Her Pay vs. Workers" video.
If a CEO goes on strike... nothing happens. The company continues as usual. If the workers go on strike... the company shuts down completely. All work stops, nothing is produced, no work gets done, the company immediately loses a fortune. The workers have the power, and they need to crush CEO's under their heel.

For the first time in history... CNN actually called out the fact that a CEO is getting massive pay raises for doing nothing while the workers are getting screwed.

@Чарло Of course not, they'd have to work first. :p But you know what I mean. If a CEO goes on vacation or just decides to leave for some personal time, nothing at the company changes. Their absence doesn't affect things. A single worker taking a day off can have a huge impact.

@randolphduke First off, it will likely be many years before automation is actually cheaper than manual labor. Second, even automated companies have large workforces because not only can not everything be automated, but you need workers to maintain the automation. Third, someone has to build these automated machines, which is where a lot of engineering labor ends up going.

@culwin I'm being facetious of course. Because it's an incredibly rare thing to see mainstream media every question the all powerful CEO's.

@culwin Yes, it literally is. Mainstream media usually covers for CEO's. They let them go on and lie about stuff and defend them making hundreds of times more than the workers who actually make their companies profitable.
