  1. Very simple. Companies do not have to force their employees to be vaccinated. They simply pay a $100,000 a year federal health insurance penalty for each employee that isn't that will go towards making sure healthcare systems where that company is located has extra funds to cover all the dying anti-vaxx people. And companies agree that they are directly liable for anyone who gets infected due to one of their employees getting COVID and will be the defendant for any lawsuits that come of it.
