Working at McD's is an infinitely more difficult job than being a FOX propagandist. And $80K a year for a couple is NOTHING.

@letmebetheoned5648 Assuming both are full time. Also ignoring taxes (so that's about 30% off the top). Also deductions (like paying for uniforms, customer complaints, etc...). Plus general wage theft.

@seanmccartney5177 Well, in general they get paid vastly less. As only on the right is there infinite money to be a literal traitor and fight to destroy America and slaughter it's people. Also, MSNBC and CNN aren't really propagandists. Oh, they'll always tout the glory of capitalism and take the side of the corporations... but unlike FOX they generally don't just lie outright and spread fascist propaganda to end democracy. Only Republicans do that.

@jodders619 I'm in Canada. But yes, in the US and Canada, most places make you pay for your uniform. Some places cover one or two unforms, and make you pay for more. My wife works for PetSmart, and she was given a summer and winter uniform (basically long sleeves and pants vs short sleeves and shorts) but if she needs replacements she has to pay out of pocket.
