As a Jewish man born in Israel, I oppose Netanyahu's fascist government AND the Hamas terrorist group. I support the PEOPLE of Israel and Palestine.

@cyberneticbutterfly8506 A united effort from allied nations to remove BOTH Hamas and Netanyahu's fascist regime. Give the people of Palestine and Israel full democratic control over their countries again, and remove the two tyrant groups slaughtering innocents for political gain.

@sabtiy80 Oh, I agree. As I said, I'm against Netanyahu and the apartheid state he created. The occupation has to end. One of my best friends is from Palestine. And we hate what those in control of our countries have done, and the hate they create.

@kearlanventures Sadly people have been trained to see governments and people as inseparable. It's disappointing.

Netanyahu welcomed this attack because it enables the fascist message used by fascists like Hitler, Putin, Mussolini and the orange traitor. "Only I can save you. "

@chompythebeast I disagree. Hamas was specifically set up to be a terrorist organization, as per it's founders' ideals. While they've had the odd leader appear who wanted to change the organization (which then conveniently gets assassinated on Netanyahu's orders to keep them as a scapegoat), the group as a whole is a terrorist organization. It has no interest in governing or doing anything to help the Palestinian people. The IDF on the other hand, are following the orders of a fascist war criminal. For which they should be held accountable, but they are, at their core, the official military of the country. When the January 6th insurrection happened, there were members of the military who took part in that act of treason. Does that mean the military as a whole are insurrectionists? Or just those who followed the orders of an orange fascist?

@dangel9293 There is no simple solution. But the actions of Hamas and Netanyahu are only making things worse. Both are slaughtering civilians to gain power. The core difference being Israel has all the power to begin with, and Gaza is an open air prison with no real power.

@galemartin9155 Religion is not the source of all evil as many would claim. It's simply a tool that evil people use to control easily manipulated masses.

@nfzeta128 Yes, originally Hamas was democratically elected. After which, they essentially seized control of the system to ensure they stayed in power. And all their promises of making Palestine a self sustaining nation went out the window and the essentially declared their one goal being the destruction of Israel. Netanyahu was democratically elected. And then put more and more of his hand picked supporters in key positions. He started changing election laws. He basically told the main media outlet in the country that either they push his narrative or they lose their broadcasting license. And now he's changing the courts to give himself absolute legal authority. They STARTED democratically, but have long since moved away from that. And while Hamas has had a leader or two come into power who wanted to change things and make Hamas an actual political party with governing goals, Netanyahu had those leaders assassinated. That way he could keep the "enemy at the gates" to keep stoking fear and hatred. Much like Republicans always have to knowingly lie about the border being "open" (despite it never being more secure in US history). If they lose their boogeyman at the border, they lose a lot of their power over their base. Fascists always need an "other". Some group to scapegoat and blame for all the failings which the fascists themselves created.

@mathmexican4234 The US has had no issues with overthrowing governments to suit their interests... oddly, the fascist government of Israel that tortures and murders Palestinians while claiming to be the victims... the US has no issues with. They COULD push to have Netanyahu removed, and ensure the fascists fall from power. But while the US openly opposes fascists in Russia, the fascists in Israel seem to be just dandy to them. And of course, Hamas is an issue as well. Originally running on lies of helping the Palestinian people, and then once in power abandoning the people and declaring that they exist solely to eliminate Israel. Hamas does nothing for the people. They don't govern. They don't try to secure food and water and electricity. They simply train solders to attack Israel and murder civilians. And some have pointed out that there's been a couple of leaders of Hamas who have actually tried to change things. To stop the violence and focus on helping Palestine. And conveniently enough, Netanyahu has had those leaders murdered (one during a ceasefire as they tried to sign a non-aggression treaty with Israel). Bibi NEEDS Hamas there. He WANTS the "enemy at the gate" because that's key to his power. Like all fascists, he claims only he can save Israel from the threat on their doorstep. Just like Republicans claim only they can save America from the (non-existent) "invasion" at the southern border (and those magically disappearing caravans that they scream about before every election). Both leaderships are using the violence for their own gains. And it needs to stop.

@dntthe88 I don't deny that Palestinians have been backed into a corner. They're facing genocide from Israel. The thing is, Hamas exists solely to hurt Israel. That's their stated purpose. They don't care about governing or helping the people of Palestine. And Netanyahu empowers them, to use them as "the enemy" so he can tell the people of Israel that only he can save them. The common fascist rhetoric. He WANTS the violence because he literally campaigns on fighting it. BOTH ruling groups need to be replaced with those who will fight for peace, not power. Palestine has every right to exist, and not have all their land stolen. But the actions of Hamas do NOTHING to stop that. They only give Netanyahu more opportunities to gain power in Israel as he plays up being a strong man crushing those who would hurt Israel.

@mdr12349 I can talk now, because I was given a 24h ban on YouTube for this comment. Supposedly I'm being anti-Semitic for telling the truth. It's almost as if they don't want such basic concepts to be said out loud. In polling, IN ISRAEL, four out of five Israeli citizens are blaming Netanyahu's fascist rule for the endless escalation in violence. But if you try and discuss that in the west, you get immediately labeled an anti-Semite and people accuse you of supporting Hamas.

@bmg3138 One of my best friends is from Palestine. We've had to deal with this since we've met. And we have both openly criticized our respective governments and their insane actions. Both are using violence for political gain. And it's disgusting. Every time there's a chance for peace, Netanyahu makes sure it's buried.

@Kopie0830 I don't know the solution. I'm not an expert on such things. I DO know that bombing civilians isn't the answer. EVER.

Hitler had the Jews. Netanyahu has Palestinians. Fascist is as fascist does. Netanyahu made the main Israeli media network promise to push his narrative in order to renew their broadcasting license. He controls the media. In Israeli schools children are being taught that Palestinians are savage barbarians who exist only to murder Jews. And that Israel has always offered peace to Palestine and its Palestine that keeps attacking and breaking the peace.
