  1. Canada already has regulations to cap insulin prices to $35 a month. And even that cost can be covered by healthcare plans on top of the free healthcare all Canadians get. Also the tests and needles and such are all free. I've dated a couple of ladies with diabetes, and they've never even had to think about their insulin supply. It was just a given.
