  1. First off David, you have to make it clear that it's not "the 10 Commandments". It's ONE specific version of them from one specific sect of Christianity. There are MANY versions of the 10 Commandments. Second, this particular version includes: — Specify a single god who must be worshiped (which is in direct violation of the 1st Amendment) — Demand a ban on graven images (statues, crucifixes, and pictures of deities) (but they won't say a word about a schools having a cross up, only symbols of ANY OTHER religion) — Require us to take a Sabbath day off work every week or be put to death (how much you want to be that despite their new "morality" saying you can do no work on Sunday be put to death, Louisiana magically won't close all businesses on Sundays) — Mandate that children “honor” their parents or be stoned to death (they love this, because it allowed them to force LGBTQ kids to be outed, despite the risk from bigoted parents) — Make it illegal for men to “covet” other men’s wives or sleep with unmarried women (you know, like the orange rapist, who has cheated on EVERY wife he's had, many times) — Or criminalize telling a lie except under oath (the orange idiot told over 34,000 verified lies during his first term, so naturally Republicans will DEMAND he be locked up for it, right? And Republicans will now stop lying, RIGHT?)
