  1. Sorry David, but there IS a science to it. That's literally the point. They're rated based on economic and societal effects, efficacy on pushing through their agenda, legacy of what they've done (if some law they pass is reversed during the next administration, they don't score highly for that), and damage to the nation has massive influence.

  3. Reagan was a disaster. He didn't bring down the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union and it's corruption brought down the Soviet Union.

  5.  @adayinforever  At the time though, Netanyahu didn't have the same iron grip on Israel that he does today. Remember that his allies in government mostly took office during the orange traitor's administration. He filled the government with lackeys, sycophants and yesmen. Before that, if he'd tried the crap he's doing now, the government would have unified against him and had him removed. These things don't happen in a vacuum.
